We are a family owned and operated business offering newly remodeled and completely furnished rentals on beautiful Honeoye Lake. Guests can expect clean and well maintained properties as well as professional service with a personal touch.

 

Honeoye Lake Rentals are year-round properties located just 45 minutes south of Rochester, New York, offering a truly unique experience for those looking to enjoy the beauty of the Honeoye Valley. Escape to the cozy "Adirondack Retreat", charming "White Haven" or the spacious "Field House" for a relaxing weekend getaway or an extended stay.

 

All of our properties are completely furnished with the exception of linens (sheets and towels).  We do offer sheet rentals for an additional fee.  All of the properties have some towels.  Please click on each individual property for bed sizes.

 

The properties are all located on Southwest Shores within close proximity to each other.  They can be rented individually or as a group.  There is a one acre grassy lot next to the properties.  Great for additional parking.  Volleyball and badminton nets welcome.  Horse shoe pits are available for renter's use. 

 

Prime rental season is May 1st - October 31st.  Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.  Off season rates are available from November 1st - April 30th.

 

Great sightseeing, hiking, biking, golf, boating, fishing, kayaking, swimming, horseshoes, horseback riding, tennis, jet skiing, hunting, downhill and cross country skiing, snowmobiling, ice fishing, vineyards and much more.

DIRECTIONS:

 

From the west side of Rochester:

Take 390 south to Routes 5 & 20 (Avon/Lima exit 10).  Take a left heading east on Routes 5 & 20 to the town of Lima.  At the first stop light; turn right on 15A heading south.  After several miles, 20A joins up with 15A.  Follow signs for 20A east turning left on 20A just past the town of Hemlock.  Stay on 20A until you get to the first (and only) traffic light in Honeoye.  Mark’s Pizzeria will be on your left.  At the light reset your odometer.  Turn right at the light heading south on County Road 36 (AKA West Lake Road).  Travel about 4.2 miles to Southwest Shores.  There are four separate entrances to Southwest Shores.  Turn left at either the first or second entrance.

From central Rochester:

Head south on Clover Street (Route 65) past Mendon Ponds Park.  When you get to the town of Honeoye Falls, Route 65 takes a left then a quick right.  Continue south on Route 65.  Once you reach Routes 5 & 20, Route 65 becomes County Road 37.  Cross Routes 5 & 20 continuing south on County Road 37 until you reach Route 20A.  Take a left onto Route 20A heading east until you get to the first (and only) traffic light in Honeoye.  Mark’s Pizzeria will be on your left.  At the light reset your odometer.  Turn right at the light heading south on County Road 36 (AKA West Lake Road).  Travel about 4.2 miles to Southwest Shores.  There are four separate entrances to Southwest Shores.  Turn left at either the first or second entrance.

From the east side of Rochester:

Take 96 east past Eastview Mall to the town of Victor.  Turn right on Route 444 heading south.  Turn left on Routes 5 & 20 heading east for about two miles.  Then turn right on Rout 20 A/64 heading south.  About 5 miles down, take a right now heading west on 20A.  Stay on Route 20A heading west until you get to the first (and only) traffic light in Honeoye.  Mark’s Pizzeria will be on your right.  At the light reset your odometer.  Turn left at the light heading south on County Road 36 (AKA West Lake Road).  Travel about 4.2 miles to Southwest Shores.  There are four separate entrances to Southwest Shores.  Turn left at either the first or second entrance.
